Incorporated in 2003. this is a joint venture between Vectra Azad of India and the Bin Jabr Group, UAE. This is the first bus body building factory in the Gulf region. With a modern manufacturing facility situated in the Mussafah Industrial Area of Abu Dhabi (U.A.E).

Transcontinental industries has commenced operations in May 2006. This plant manufactures a range of luxry, city and utility bus bodies on chassis from various international manufacturers to cater to the demands of the Middle East and surroundings markets.
