Vectra Investments is an Indian subsidiary of the Vectra group of companies and has its Corporate office in Bangalore and regional offices in Delhi and Mumbai. Vectra Investments, aims to invest in the manufacturing of engineering equipment and products for the automotive industry through joint ventures, organic growth of the Vectra Group and acquisitions.
 
Vectra Investments joint ventures are with world renowned companies, who are known for their high quality of products and specalisation. Recent Joint ventures have included Terex Vectra, a 50:50 joint venture with Terex of the USA, and Tatra Trucks India, a joint venture with Tatra a.s. of the Czech Republic. Vectra Investments has also recently entered into a Licence Agreement with FAINSA of Spain, the world’s largest manufacturer of Railway and Coach seating systems, for manufacture of coach seats in India.
