Vectra Advanced Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Attibele was awarded the BRONZE PLAQUE in November 2011. The plaque is in recognition of delivering consistently excellent quality and setting a benchmark in the engineering industry during the last year. Critical Metrics Rejection should be zero for a period of 6 Months before certification. For Bronze qualification, the process started in December 2010 and VAEPL was certified in August 2011. For moving from Bronze to Silver Plaque, the company has to maintain the requirements of Bronze level for six months from the date of certification and then meet the requirements for another six months for Silver certification.

This award was given to VAEPL at a ceremony organized at Attibele. Workmen, staff, executives and senior executives of VAEPL all attended the award ceremony. The plaque was awarded by the Managing Director of the Caterpillar Unit at Chennai in the presence of several distinguished members of senior management of Caterpillar. VAEPL's aim for next year is to achieve the Silver Plaque!
