The Vectra Group participated in The PanIIT 2010, held between the 29th and 31st of October, 2010 at India Exposition Mart Ltd, in Greater Noida. The summit was the 8th PanIIT confluence and was inaugurated by the President of India, Mrs.Pratibha Devisingh Patil. PanIIT is an umbrella organization covering the alumni of IITs (Indian Institute of Technology) from across India. Over the years, these conferences have become one of the leading technology summits and a “must attend” for business leaders from across the world.

The theme for this year’s summit was “Sustainable Transformation – Our New India”. The sessions focused on discussions around topics like ‘Good Governance’, ‘Knowledge based Economy’, ‘Entrepreneurial Young India’ etc. The plenary session speakers included Dr. Farooq Abdullah-Minister of New and Renewable Energy, Dr. Sam Pitroda- advisor to Prime Minister of India and the eminent economist, journalist and author Thomas Friedman.
