 Global Vectra Helicorp is the largest private helicopter company in India with a
fleet of seven Bell 412 helicopters. It is the first Indian helicopter
company with an ISO 9001:2000 Certification, offering helicopter services to
ONGC, Reliance and Gujarat State Petroleum Company
(GSPC). on the east and
west coasts of India.
Global Vectra has a fleet of 12
helicopters and will be increasing their
fleet size to 22 next year.
The company’s main technical suppliers
are some of the biggest helicopter OEMs
such as Pratt & Whitney, Canada
and Global Vectra Helicorp's entire
crew is endorsed by Bell Helicopters.
Global Vectra Helicorp has 25 Bell 412 rated pilots and 2 Dispatchers, who have a
cumulative experience of over 153,000 hrs of flying of which, 31,200 hrs are
on the Bell 412; the total offshore experience stands at 61,000 hrs. By
2003, Global Vectra Helicorp had accumulated 25,000 hrs of flight time, ferried
3,40,000 passengers and carried more than 40,000 Kgs of cargo for
ONGC.
Safety is of utmost importance in Global
Vectra Helicorp's operations and has
a dedicated saftey cell to ensure there
is no compromise in safety.
